Grace is one of our highly educated and passionate Licensed Massage Therapists! She has been with the Longevity Team for almost a year and is a graduate of the Southeastern Institute.
She is educated in many massage modalities but her favorites are Trigger Point, Neuromuscular, and Myofascial Release. She is also Certified in Lymphatic Drainage Massage. She is your go-to for those stubborn/tight areas that are looking for relief!
During Grace’s off time, she enjoys doing yoga, going to the beach, reading, and taking care of her plant babies! Grace’s sweet & kind energy will put you right at ease during any session with her.
